General Provisions

This terms and conditions document serves as a legal agreement between the 555w platform and its users. By creating an account and starting to use the platform — whether through the 555w website, mobile app or any other channel — the user is considered to have accepted these terms.

In this document, "555w", "platform" or "service" refers to all online casino, sports betting and gaming services operated under the 555w brand. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any registered account holder.

Account Registration

Registration on 555w is entirely voluntary. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. 555w reserves the right to immediately close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be active and personal.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is not permitted.
• An account may not be operated in the name of or on behalf of another person.
• Any subsequent change to a registered name, date of birth or identity details will require submission of an identity document and completion of a verification process.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If a user's contact details or payment method changes, the 555w support team must be informed without delay. 555w will not be responsible for any complications with deposits or withdrawals arising from outdated or invalid information.

Age Limit and Identity Verification

At the time of registration or at any later stage, 555w may request a copy of the user's National ID (NID), passport or driving licence to verify age and identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until these documents are submitted.

3.1 Verification Process

• Clear images of both sides of the identity document must be submitted.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement may be requested for address verification.
• A relevant mobile banking screenshot or bank document may need to be submitted to verify the payment method.
• Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials, password and OTP confidential. Under no circumstances should a password or OTP be shared with anyone else.

• Using or operating an account through a third party is not permitted.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 555w support immediately.
• 555w will not be liable for any loss to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• 555w protects all data using SSL encryption; however, using a strong password remains essential.

Deposits and Withdrawals

555w supports transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile financial services. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Funds sent from a third party's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

Bonuses and Promotions

555w offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, and the bonus may be cancelled if those terms are not met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw you must wager 15 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳15,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met may be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless 555w explicitly permits it.
• It is the user's own responsibility to read the specific terms of any bonus before claiming it.
• If an attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the account may be closed.
• 555w reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed when carrying out betting and gaming activities on the 555w platform.

7.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled; however, if the event is cancelled the stake will be refunded.
• 555w reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• 555w's official records are final in determining bet outcomes.
• If a bet is not accepted during in-play betting due to network delay, this will be treated as a technical limitation.

7.2 Game Operations

555w offers live casino, slots, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on screen before the game begins. If a user's internet connection is lost during a game, the outcome of that game may be affected — in such situations, the server-side record is the definitive reference.

Fraud and Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using bots, automated software or any technique to manipulate the system.
• Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or intimidating other users or 555w staff.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Completing registration using a false identity or forged identity documents.

Responsible Gaming

555w believes that gaming is only enjoyable when done in a controlled and mindful way. 555w has put various measures in place to protect users. • Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at their own request.
• You can contact the support team to request a temporary break or permanent account suspension.

• If someone is in difficulty, 555w will help connect them with relevant support organisations.

Account Suspension & Termination

555w reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Participation in prohibited activities as described in Section 8.
• Providing a false identity or submitting forged documents.
• Instructions from a court or government authority.
• Long-term account inactivity — in such cases, the user will be notified by email in advance.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. After account termination, any remaining balance (provided no terms have been violated) will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaints Process

• When submitting a complaint, provide your account ID, the date, and a detailed description of the incident.
